Chris Gregor-Maxwell, MS, PT, AT teaches the Hesch Method Seminar on the lumbopelvic-hip complex, and is the Lead Instructor for Hesch Method Seminars for Motivations,Inc.
Chris received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1987 from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Illinois State University in 1992. She has been certified as an Athletic Trainer by the NATA, and certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA. Licensed at a Physical Therapist in many States during her career, she is currently an Indiana State Licensed Physical Therapist.
Chris has worked with many high school, collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes throughout her career. She holds the distinction of being the first female trainer for a Central Hockey League team, the 1999-2000 Indianapolis Ice.
Chris first began using the Hesch Method of treating sacroiliac joint dysfunction 15 years ago and has used it extensively in the outpatient physical therapy and athletic settings.
She has 12 years experience as an Instructor, and has developed a state-of-the-art media presentation for the Hesch Method Seminar.
